Sustainable food production is a topic that affects us all. Concerns related to biodiversity, water, soil, energy, health, hunger and other issues cross borders and integrate us into the common goal of producing and living in harmony.
And to show us all this information, the Food Good Project made a special webseries, presented by Zeca Camargo, which includes us in the country-city connection, the comfort of the computer or cell phone.
It's a trip plantations to people's homes to remember how strong our connection is with the soil, land, producers and a way to recognize their importance in our lives.
Each chapter of the webseries talks about a different theme and tells you how different themes are interconnected and are necessary for us to have good food at home.
Themes like the soil, with the episode Solo: an essential natural resource for life; biodiversity in the episode How to take food the countryside to the table: Biodiversity , and the energy that shows that, The sustainable solution comes the countryside.
The project also addresses topics such as climate change in the episode Climate change: one of the biggest challenges of our time, the concern with the sustainable use of water, which was addressed in How to bring good food the farm to the table: Water and the social transformation that the agricultural development has provided in areas that have agriculture as their main means of livelihood… it's pretty cool.
